Britney’s Child Abuse Case

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are being investigated for child abuse and neglect allegations.

Court documents in the couples custody battle have revealed that there are concerns about Sean Preston (2) and Jayden (1) when left in Britneys care.

The child welfare agency has asked that the court not alter custody arrangements until their investigation in complete. K-Fed currently has custody of the boys after the Gimme more stars driving and drugs misdemeanours this year.
