Britney's New Video: Details
Britney Spearss third single from her latest album In The Zone will be Everytime. Reports state that the singer will stage her suicide in the video, as a way to respond to rumours and reports that she's teetering on the brink, seeking help or in therapy.
David LaChapelle will direct the video, which will be shot in Los Angeles soon but set in Las Vegas. Britney will appear in a hotel room with a boyfriend; they argue and the camera follows Britney into the bathroom as the bathtub overflows, and on the ledge stands a bottle of pills, the cap removed. Britney's head slips under water and only then does her boyfriend, who had been watching television, start to notice.
As he tries to revive her, the camera tracks a new Britney, alive and unharmed, walking past him, out of the room and out of the hotel. The paparazzi, swarming at the back entrance, don't seem to register this Britney, and she disappears into the night.
Britney exclusively revealed to MTV News Europe that she recently learnt to play the piano, specifically so she could perform 'Everytime' on tour.
