Britney’s ‘I’m A Slave 4 U’ abs are back, 13 years later!

Britney Spears is flaunting her famous abs on the cover of Women’s Health’s January/February issue and all we can say is WOW. Appearing alongside the coverline ‘Hottest Shape Of Her Life Without A Trainer – Britney!’, the 33-year-old rocks an orange bandeau bikini, with a slick black jacket over the top.

[related] The abs Brit first showed off in ‘Baby One More Time’ are still there, as is her belly ring (didn’t we all want one of those?) and two teeny weeny tattoos, poking out from her bikini bottoms. But how to get that Vegas residency-honed figure?

“I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio - usually running - move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats, and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch,” Britney told Women's Health.

"Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically. I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't have a problem being motivated."

As for her diet, the mum of two reveals, “I'm really into raw food – sushi basically.”

We’re not sure about the whole push-up thing, but hopefully if we keep on dancing 'til2014 ends, Britney’s hot bod will be ours.
