Britney Spears' new man Jonathan 'JR' Rotem, has finally broken his silence about his feelings for her.

He told In Touch Weekly that "Shes unique and has a great personality I really care about her."

It could be that the 31 year old producer is just the tonic she needs, since despite working with the likes of Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent he's clean and sober. "I don't even drink coffee," he said.

Though he's not big on the party scene, the two have apparently been enjoying candle light dinners and long talks on the phone. An insider told In Touch that "he wants her to take herself more seriously."

This influence could well be behind the breakdown of Paris and Britney's good times.

Alongside not inviting her to her Christmas do, the Hilton heiress also labelled Britters 'The Animal.'

According to Britney's camp, this came after a recent conversation in which Britney said she didnt want to be seen with Paris at the moment, though she insisted it was nothing personal.

It has yet to be seen whether the feeling is mutual...

All this comes just days after The Sun revealed that Britney was in talks with Vanity Fair to publish her side of the story.

She said she liked the way they handled Jennifer Anistons first interview post Brad, and would be looking for more of the same.

Looks like this interview could well mark a major turning point in the life and times of Britney of the Spears...
