Hogan: "Mum Needs to Change"
The Brooke Knows Best star talks about the post-divorce smackdown…
Brooke Hogan says her mum Linda needs to change if they are to get over their differences following Linda’s divorce from WWE legend Hulk Hogan.
Speaking to The Sun, the star of MTV’s Brooke Knows Best – which returned to MTV One last night (August 2) as part ofMainstage Sunday- revealed that her parents’ divorce has left a rift between her and Linda which she hopes to reconcile.
"I hope we do [reconcile] but she'll have to go through a lot of changes - spiritually, mentally and physically,” said Brooke, who recently made her mum take a drugs test (which she passed).
"She's going to really need to find a good spot to be in. I've tried to help but it's too awkward and weird. We are two different people now."
Some of that "weirdness" might be to do with Linda dating Brooke's old classmate who is 19 - which comes to a head inlast night's episode.
Thankfully for Brooke, her relationship with her wrestling legend dad is still strong, like his buttocks and thighs. "Our relationship is a lot stronger,” she said. “Dad's definitely changed as a person too.
“He was always a good dad, but he's been really getting into the spiritual side of stuff now.
"He's been reading a lot of books and he's also started praying to God, so he's just been really calm and his kids are his top priority."
