Brooklyn Beckham ‘Set To Quit’ Photography Course After One Year
But hold up, there's a good reason why he might be throwing the towel in.
It sounds like Brooklyn Beckham is in a bit of a pickle at the moment after drawing up a list of pros and cons about whether he should ditch his photography course in order to pick up a prestigious internship.
The eldest child of the Beckham empire has always had a passion for photography – and even released a tome back in 2017 with a bunch of snapshots he’d taken of people and situations that caught his eye.
Let's get checking out an update from MTV News...
While he’s been studying at the Parsons School of Design in New York since August, it now looks like Brooklyn is in two minds about whether he should bother seeing out the course at all.
According to a source at The Sun, some of the major players in the photography world are keen to take Brooklyn under their wing and have prompted him to consider deferring his place at university.
“Brooklyn has only been at university in New York for a few months so it has come as a massive surprise,” an insider revealed.
“He’s been offered a couple of internships with top photographers so is considering deferring his college place to take them up. No decisions have been made yet and he’s been asking his parents [Victoria and David] for advice.
The source added that the 18-year-old doesn't have the luxury of time when it comes to making a decision: “He's currently weighing up the best options and is set to decide shortly whether to stay at college or take the internships.”
Considering most people fork out £9000 a term in the hopes they *might* land a job at the end of university, it makes sense that Brooklyn is thinking about skipping the middle section to reach the end goal.
