Busta: “End Fiddy and Game Beef!”
Rhymes has a serious rant to MTV News about one of raps biggest beefs
Busta Rhymes wants 50 Cent and The Game to make love; not beef.
Speaking in an interview with MTV News, Rhymes had a rant about the conflict between the tap heavyweights and offered some words of wisdom. I have always had problem with the beef, said Busta. If you listen to The Devils Advocate, which is the title track on his (The Games) album, I didnt agree with his role at how he handled the situation.
50, even though I dont agree with everything he has done, he is still someone of an orchestrator of the situation from a general rank standpoint. If you are an apprentice, coming under someone. there is a general pride and ego. You gotta swallow a certain thing. Its a part of being conditioned for greatness.
Humbling yourself is the key when it comes to reach a certain place. That doesnt apply to everybody; certain people go about it in a tyranic manor. But 50 was with Trackmasters and was humble, he got played out. 50 was with Jay, he was humble in that situation. Jam Master Jay, he was humble in that situation. It didnt work out. He had to pay his dues and be humble.
He went on: The Game needed to understand, even though he is a very incredible talent, a genius with his work ethic and his ability to contribute with the music in a great way, hes still gotta play a certain role.
Thats why when I go on his record; before I had to say when I get on your song Im coming from a real perspective. He was so embarrassing in that because he is a very intelligent dude. He understands that it works to his advantage. He understands that it works in his favour, because he doesnt hide from the truth. But Game, sometimes is very impulsive. I dont fault him for that, he is still young. He will evolve into that super great thing he is destined to become.
Take note, beefers.
