Caitlyn Jenner Avoids Manslaughter Charges Over Fatal Car Crash
Prosecutors have said they won't be charging her over the tragic accident.
Caitlyn Jenner won't be facing manslaughter charges after being involved in a fatal car crash earlier this year.
The LA County DA have released documents saying that Caitlyn was not speeding when her car hit a Lexus, which then collided with oncoming traffic.
The driver died at the scene after being hit by a Hummer, with four others injured.
Caitlyn's lawyer told TMZ: "We believed from the start that a thorough and objective investigation would clear Caitlyn of any criminal wrongdoing."
"We are heartened the District Attorney has agreed that even a misdemeanour charge would not be appropriate," he added.
"A traffic accident, however devastating and heart-breaking when a life is lost, is not necessarily a criminal matter."
