Caitlyn Jenner Could Face Manslaughter Charges For Role In Fatal Car Crash

Scary news for the reality star.

After she was involved in a fatal car crash back in February, it’s now being reported that Caitlyn Jenner could be charged with manslaughter.

The incident, which left one person dead and seven others injured, has caused Los Angeles’ sheriff’s department looking to prosecute the reality star based on her involvement.

According to The Guardian, prosecutors are being recommended to file charges.

Spokeswoman Nicole Nishida revealed that investigators found Caitlyn was driving ‘unsafe for the prevailing road conditions’.

The crash took place back in February, when Jenner accidentally rear-ended the car in front of her, causing its driver (69-year-old Kim Howe) to swerve into on-coming traffic, colliding head on with another car.

After the incident, Caitlyn released a statement, saying: “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident.”

While it’s reported that a final decision on charges will be made next week, if convicted, Caitlyn could serve a year in jail.
