Caitlyn Jenner Says It’s ‘Hard’ Maintaining A Relationship With Her Children: ‘They Moved On’

The KUWTK star hopes her family will be there for her when she needs them.

Caitlyn Jenner has admitted that it’s “tough” keeping a connection with all her children and revealed that she spends most of her time alone in her Malibu mansion.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shares son Burt and daughter Cassandra with first wife Chrystie Jenner, sons Brandon and Brody with Linda Thompson, and daughters Kendall and Kylie with Kris Jenner.

In an interview with Broadly, she said: “I spend a lot of time by myself here in the house. I have a lot of children, but sometimes just because of circumstances, maintaining a close relationship with your kids is very tough. They all have lives. They’ve all moved on.”

“We’re just human beings; we’re going to be here for a very short time. We come and we go and at the end, when it’s all said and done, hopefully your family is going to be there.”

While the Kardashian-Jenner gang had vocalised their support for Caitlyn throughout her transition, they were said to be unhappy about several passages in her 2017 memoir The Secrets Of My Life.

At the time, Kim Kardashian told Ellen Degeneres: “I feel like she's been through so much. Caitlyn's promoting this book and she's saying all these things and you know, I just don't think it's necessary. I just feel like it's unfair; things aren't truthful."

This comes as Caitlyn faced a bit of backlash for honouring Kris, Kim, and Kylie in her Mother’s Day tribute while noticeably leaving out Khloe, who had just given birth to daughter True with boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
