Ever since he Neville Longbottomed the hell out of himself a few years ago, Calvin’s been well into his fitness.

And if you’re struggling with the idea of getting back into the gym (we know the feeling, trust us), then let the Scottish DJ lead the way with this motivational AF story.

Showing off his shirtless, cycling body on the social media site, that wasn’t the only treat we got from Calvin, oh no.

He also provided commentary for his little private spin class, which for some reason came with some weird and creepy virtual reality film.

Not trying to be dramatic or anything but we actually cannot put into words how life changing this is to us.

As if we didn’t ship him with Taylor hard enough to begin with, now we’re low-key Calvin enthusiasts on the side, too.
