Camila Cabello Scores Second UK Top 10 Hit with 'Never Be the Same'
The 'Havana' star also debuts at Number 2 with her self-titled album...
That Camila Cabello reign won't let up. After topping the charts for a massive five weeks last year with her hit single 'Havana', the superstar is already making waves in 2018. Her first solo LP, Camila, has just entered the UK albums chart at Number 2.
That's not all though. 'Never Be the Same' has just become her second UK Top 10 hit at Number 7.
Havana, ooh na-na (ayy)
Half of my heart is in Havana, ooh na-na (ayy, ayy)
He took me back to East Atlanta, na-na-na, ah
All of my heart is in Havana (ayy)
There's somethin' 'bout his manners (uh huh)
Havana, ooh na-na (uh)
He didn't walk up with that "how you doin'?" (uh)
When he came in the room
He said there's a lot of girls I can do with (uh)
But I can't without you
I knew him forever in a minute (hey)
That summer night in June
And papa says he got malo in him (uh)
He got me feelin' like...
Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh (ayy)

Back it on me

She waited on me (then what?)
Shawty cakin' on me, got the bacon on me (wait up)
This is history in the makin', on me (on me)

Havana, ooh na-na (ayy, ayy)
Half of my heart is in Havana, ooh na-na (oh, ayy, ayy)
He took me back (uh huh) to East Atlanta, na-na-na (oh, no)

On top of that, the singer's album track 'She Loves Control' has just entered the chart at Number 40. Camila's not the only one who's dominating the charts though. Eminem has just landed his ninth UK Number 1 with his major Ed Sheeran collab 'River'.
Just below Ramz scores a new career high with 'Barking' at Number 2, Ed drops from the top spot to Number 3 with 'Perfect', Clean Bandit and Julia Michaels rise to Number 4 with 'I Miss You' and Bruno Mars and Cardi B enter the Top 5 with 'Finesse'.
'Finesse' is officially Cardi B's first UK Top 5 hit and Bruno's tenth. Elsewhere Dua Lipa's IDGAF leaps 24 places to Number 14 and RAYE's 'Decline' hops up seven places to Number 15. It's her first UK Top 20 hit as a lead artist instead of as a feature.
Meanwhile, Jorja Smith lands her first Top 40 hit with her Stormzy collaboration 'Let Me Down'.
On the albums chart, The Greatest Showman holds onto the top spot. Camila Cabello is Number 2 with Camila, Ed Sheeran drops to Number 3 with ÷ , Eminem rises to Number 4 with Revival and Sam Smith is now Number 5 with The Thrill of It All.
Further down, Little Mix stay in the Top 10 with their Number 1 album Glory Days at Number 9.
And Dua Lipa leaps back up into the Top 10 following the release of the 'IDGAF' music video.
We couldn't be happier for Camila, Eminem and all of the artists who charted today!
Check out our New Music Round-Up to guess who will enter the Top 40 next week.
