[related]Taking to the stage to present the trophy for International Male Solo Artist, Cara first mentioned her edible fantasy, saying, “Well done Ant and Dec, you guys are doing a great job. I would love to be the meat in your sandwich, by the way. Anytime, anytime.”

Queen D then appeared again at the end of the show, as Ant and Dec prepared to introduce Madonna’s performance.

“Come on, you said you want to be the meat in the sandwich, you come in the middle here,” said Ant, ushering her in between him and Dec. “Cara, are you happy now pet?"

“You have no idea. I have dreamt of this my whole life, so thank you guys, appreciate it,” laughed the 22-year-old. “Dreams come true, everyone!”
