Appearing as one of a series of cameos, alongside Jack Black, Marilyn Manson, Flea, Dita Von Teese and The ATL Twins, Cara is seen goofing around withDie Antwoord member Ninja.

Licking hisface, wielding a squirt gun full of fake blood and riding piggy back is all in a day’s work for the supermodel – check it out in the video above.
