Cara Delevingne, Rihanna, Naomi Campbell, Alek Wek and Karlie Kloss all stepped out in support of model pal Jourdan Dunn’s new charity venture at New York Fashion Week.

Cell For Gratitude is an initiative set up by Jourdan, in support of the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, an organisation for which the model is an ambassador.

Clearly touched by the support from her famous friends, Jourdan shared a snap of the glamorous gang on Instagram, writing, “The ladies came out in full tonight! Thank you beauties for supporting me and @cellforgratitude @karliekloss #AlekWek #Rihanna @caradelevingne @iamnaomicampbell #cellforgratitude”.

Cara then shared an additional snap of herself, Jourdan, RiRi and Naomi looking so Mean Girls it hurts.
