TOWIE's James 'Arg' Argent has admitted that after losing a lot of weight he wants to further his physical transformation with a nose job. And he certainly isn't alone in the reality star world...

The TOWIE star admitted the bullying from his co-star James Argent drove him to surgery as well as feeling insecure. He said: “I'm really happy. I didn't wanna change the size. I'm Italian. I wanted to keep my Italian heritage and I'm proud of that. I just wanted a tweak. I broke it when I was 11 playing football, so it's always been wide at the top.”

2. Chloe Khan

Chloe has always been in search of the perfect doll-like look. She said: “In my circles, surgery isn’t weird. It’s like going for dinner! I love looking like a Barbie and being out of proportion.”

3. Kirk Norcross

Back when he was dating Lauren Pope the couple went for his n’ her’s nose jobs. He said: “Straight away, I thought my nose looked really good. It’s not drastically different. It just looks like how my nose is meant to be. My nose looked stuck on before. I wanted it to be a bit smaller and to be able to breathe easily. Since I had it broken in a boxing match breathing was really difficult, so I wanted it for that reason. It was more reconstructive than cosmetic. I keep looking in the mirror! I’m over the moon.”

4. Ferne McCann

Ferne admitted on This Morning that she got trolled about her nose from horrible bullies. She said: “My nose is my insecurity and it's the easiest thing for [bullies] to say... It hurts. I'm not getting it done because I want to get closer to being beautiful. It's not about that. It's just something that I don't like, and every day I look in the mirror, it knocks my confidence.”

5. Heidi Montag

The Hills star infamously underwent 10 surgeries in a day but one of her first surgeries was a nose job when she was 21. She said: “I really just went back in to get my nose reset and get a little bit larger of implants because I had been elbowed by a backup dancer in a music video that I was doing and then I went in and was talking to my doctor and he just kind of diagnosed me and was like, ‘You should get a chin reduction, and an eyebrow lift. I didn’t know what an eyebrow lift and a chin reduction was! So once he kind of told me everything that was wrong with me I felt really insecure, and he gave me a really great deal on it all. He didn’t tell me how extensive it was going to be, how severe, how painful, so I had no idea.”

6. Marnie Simpson

The Geordie Shore lass admitted she had been super insecure about her features. She admitted: “I’ve always been quite self-conscious about a bump on the bridge of my nose. It was never particularly noticeable to other people, but it was to me. Every time I looked in the mirror I knew that it was there. I can’t remember when I first became aware of it, but it appeared when I fell on my face when I was younger and really drunk. At the time it didn’t hurt that much so I didn’t go to hospital but looking back now, I’m pretty sure I broke it!”

7. Chloe Ferry

After having a few surgeries including her boobs and nose Chloe said she loved her new look: "I feel like I look a lot better now. I don't like natural. When I see before and after pictures I think I've changed so much. When I see pictures from when I first went to Geordie Shore, I think: "Woah. Was I that ugly?" I wasn't gorgeous!"

8. Farrah Abraham

Farrah shot to fame and spent her earnings on changing her look. She said: “I’ve hated my nose since I was 13. There was pain. But it was very worth it.”

9. Nene Leaks

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has had her nose done twice. She explained why she went under the knife again: “Yes, I had my nose done again. My cartilage was growing in my nose, and my tip was touching the top of my lip. But I didn't get a full rhinoplasty the first time. No, when I did the first time, I only had my nostrils taken in on the side the very first time, and then this time, I had more cartilage moved around in my nose."

10. Lauren Goodger

TOWIE star Lauren has always admitted to being insecure about the ways she looks. She said: “Peeling back the bandages I was too scared to look at first, but when I finally saw myself in the mirror I was so relieved - I loved it. I do feel prettier and sexier. I can't wait to go out and show off my new look. On TV, from certain angles, my nose would look really awful and the more I watched the shows, the more of a complex I would get about my appearance.”

10. Yasmin Oukhellou

James Lock’s new girlfriend Yasmin was on TOWIE for one series before she decided to get her nose altered. She said: “It has only been two weeks and I can already see the results are going to be amazing. I had a previous broken nose and deviated septum so surgery was the only option for me. I am so glad I did it as I was nervous at first but so happy that I can now breathe properly and that the small bump has gone."
