Bruce Jenner is set to grace the cover of fashion magazine Vanity Fair as a woman, it has been reported.

The reality TV star - who recently confirmed that he is undergoing gender re-assignment - is claimed by TMZ to be booked for a photoshoot with super-snapper Annie Leibovitz this summer.

And the gossip site reports that Jenner could also be set to reveal his new look to the world with the high-profile cover - at the same time as a documentary series about his transformation airs on US telly.

Meanwhile, RadarOnline reports that he has undergone cosmetic surgery on his face to appear more feminine.

A surgeon is claimed to have made subtle changes "to give Bruce's jawline and chin a softer look".

And the site's mole added: "Bruce had put the time aside and wanted to get as much done as possible. His physical transformation into becoming a woman is now almost complete...

"Bruce wants to be living his life as a woman physically and emotionally by the time the docuseries finishes airing this summer."
