Chris Pratt's Essex Accent Is, Like, Totes Amaze
Guardians Of The Galaxy star shows off on Graham Norton...
The Guardians Of The Galaxy and Jurassic World star has been showing off his mimicry skills on The Graham Norton Show - and he blew us away with his Essex accent.
Pratt, who came to fame in Parks And Recreation, told Norton and the audience that he had become hooked on Towie while filming GOTG in England.
Explaining that he'd been watching the ITV scripted reality show with wife Anna Faris, he said: "We shot Guardians Of The Galaxy here in London and my wife came out to visit and she fell in love with this show TOWIE. It's the Jersey Shore from here.
"And these folks are just like the worst. And I'm a parrot a little bit, and so when I hear it all the time I just started picking it up... I could pick up their accent and do it, a little bit."
"This is really embarrassing to do in front of a whole room full of Brits here but I'll try it anyways. So it's like..."
And the Essex accent that followed was so spot-on that fellow guests Melissa McCarthy, Jude Law and John Bishop gasped and applauded in amazement.
Comedian Bishop told him: "I love the fact that you spent months in Britain and that's what you took back."
