Exam season – we’ve all been there, and we all know the amount of stress and pressure that it can bring, especially when you’re seriously considering eating your actual maths textbook in the hopes that algebra will magically implant itself in your brain.

Geordie Shore’s Scotty T
Tweeting his advice for anyone taking their GCSEs this week, Scotty T wrote: “On everything application I ever had I put 7A’s 4B’s and a C and never once had to prove that I actually had them (…) So don’t get stressed do your best and remember your best is always good enough”.
Okay, so we don’t condone lying, but we do condone his advice about doing your best.
Last year, Emma surprised one student and fan over FaceTime after the fan’s mum spotted her walking down the street.
Keeping her revision advice short, simple and effective, Emma said: “Study hard.”
Can’t argue with that, right?
Tinie shared his best tips for dealing with the pressure that inevitably and unfortunately comes with exam season, saying in this video: “The best way to deal with pressure is just preparation really, the more you can prepare and plan the better for you.
“I know a lot of young people right now have exams coming up, they're getting ready for exams so they're obviously going to feel a certain amount of pressure. I'd say preparation always."
Although it’s not exam specific, Kylie has shared some advice on how she deals with stress, which we reckon will definitely help with revision pressure.
She told HuffPost Teen: “I put my headphones in and just sit by myself and listen or find a quiet space.
“Every time I start to get worked up over something, I just think to myself, ‘Is this really going to matter in my life tomorrow, in an hour, in a year?’ You just can’t get stressed about the little things ‘cause it’s just not worth it at the end of the day.”
Don’t get us wrong, exams are important – just don’t give yourself all of the stress over them.
Angelina has also shared tips for dealing with stress, telling Stylist magazine: “I find meditation in sitting on the floor with the kids colouring for an hour, or going on the trampoline. You do something you love, that makes you happy, and that gives you your mediation.”
Everyone needs revision breaks, and this is perfect advice on how to spend them. Trampoline, anyone?

Niki and Sammy shared their very important reminder to anyone taking exams on Twitter, and it’s something we all need to remember.
Lovely Stacey shared her good luck wishes to everyone taking their exams and also said the exact words we’ve thought about Pythagoras’ Theorem for YEARS.
She added to another fan: “Don’t panic. You’ve got this! Just take your time, relax and try your best. That’s enough xxxx”.
