Picture the scene. You’ve just got a sleek new bob and then a clown confetti bombs you in front of the paparazzi…

Well, this was actually reality for Jennifer Lopez this week, with the ‘Booty’ singer showing off her new, shorter ‘do at LAX Airport… only to have a clown (complete with face paint) drowning her in teeny, tiny pieces of coloured paper and glitter.

Dressed in a midriff-exposing jumper and jeans, JLo waltzed through departures, showing off her new hair cut and toned abs, before LA-based prankster Richie the Barber attacked.

Instead of throwing a diva strop, The Mirror claims that the 45-year old instead wiped the glitter and confetti from her clothes and acted calmly, ignoring the clowns childish ways to board her plane.

She later touched down in Morocco, where she shared a confetti-free snap of herself in a car, along with the caption: ”And we're here!!! Hello Morocco!!"
