Lindsay Lohan Is No Longer On Probation For The First Time In 8 Years
Lindsay Lohan has been taken off probation for the first time in nearly eight years, after being praised "responsible and professional" in court documents.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Young closed LiLo's reckless driving case on Thursday (May 28), ending what's been a tumultuous few years in and out of court for the actress.
Young praised Lindsay's lawyer, telling her she did an excellent job in getting her to complete the hours recently.
Not present for the hearing, the star wrote on Twitter:
This conclusion has not come without it's problems, after Lindsay missed a deadline last year to complete her community service and was forced to redo 125 hours.
In recent years Lindsay has been jailed a total of five times and sentenced to rehab for a number of violations, which included skipping counselling sessions.
Here's to a fresh slate!
