Former Miss Great Britain, Zara Holland has sensationally walked out of ITV2 show'Love Island'- and it's probably not for the reason you think.

Just in case you missed all the high dramz from Majorca this week, Zara was stripped of her Mis GB crown after some saucy shenanigans with Alex Bowen.

Not only that, but she was crowned Miss BJ by Vicky Pattison, who used to date Alex.

Anyway, Zara's jumped on a plane back to the UK, but it's nothing to do with all the Miss GB/BJ stuff. She's actually come home to look after her mum, Cheryl, who was taken poorly on Saturday.

In a statement released earlier today, the show's producers said: "Owing to an illness in the family, Zara Holland has left the Love Island villa to return to the UK. Our thoughts are with her and her family and we send all of our best wishes."

Zara added: "I'm so sad to leave the villa but it's important for me to get home and spend time with my mum while she gets better.

'I've had the time of my life on Love Island and would like to thank all of my fellow Islanders and the production team for all their support."

Producers have said that Zara is welcome back on the show later, should she want to return.
