Over in the world of reality TV, you can count on a few things - bodycon dresses, giant hair, and some serious rivalries usually resulting in someone having a drink thrown over them.

Whether it’s Geordie Shore, Ex On The Beach, TOWIE or Made In Chelsea, the stars just can’t seem to have a quiet life for very long, which works out well for us because their dramas make GREAT telly.

But who do you reckon takes the biscuit for the worst enemies of the whole lot? Here’s a few reality TV rivalries that turned more bitter than a lemon dunked in sour milk.

1. Megan McKenna vs Chloe Lewis

Any article about arguments is always gonna have an appearance from Megan McKenna in there somewhere (we could have put her and pretty much any Ex On The Beach girl in here, tbh) - but nothing comes close to her never-ending rivalry with TOWIE co-star, Chloe Lewis.

Things first turned unbelievably bitter between these two when Chloe accused Megan of sleeping with boyfriend Jake Hall. Megan has always denied the rumour and stood her ground on the matter, but Jake himself has said otherwise. Awks.

2. Vicky Pattison vs Becca Walker

It didn'ttake much to rub Vicky up the wrong way back when she was in the Geordie Shore house, but Becca almost instantly earned herself an A+ in How To Piss Off Vicky. They instantly clashed, and it wasn't long before Vicky was comparing her to thrush, which is nice.

While the girls still didn't exactly become the best of friends in the end, they did manage to put their rivalryaside for a while after a couple of healthy screaming matches. Haway, lasses.

3. Charlotte Crosby vs Gaz Beadle

They say there's a fine line in life between love and hate, and unfortunately the legend of Gaz and Charlotte in the Geordie Shore house was only ever going to end in tears.

While they've had their fair share of cute moments over the years, the bad definitely outweighed the good for the majority of the show in their rivalry/relationship- especially that time when Charlotte punched Gary while he was dressed as a Smurf.

4. Jemma Lucy vs Charlotte Crosby

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that there’sa Stephen Bear and Gaz Beadle-shaped explosion left between these two.

Jemma had a threesome with Gaz while he and Charlotte were supposed to be exclusive, and a few months later, Charlotte started dating Jemma's ex-boyfriend, Stephen Bear.

Since then, things have only become a whole lot worse. Charlotte's kept pretty quiet about the whole thing, but Jemma continues to fire endless insults very publicly in her direction, with everything ranging from 'boyfriend stealer' to 'fried egg face' amongst her previous digs. Eesh.

5. Jemma Lucy vs Holly Rickwood and Kayleigh Morris

Ahh, Jemma Lucy - probably the ultimate Queen of Ex On The Beach kick offs. She was booted out of the villa in the end for being just TOO lairy, but it was Holly and Kayleigh who felt her wrath the most in a couple of explosive physical fights.

Kayleigh and Jemma clashed big time over Ashley Cain, while Holly was left with a few less hair extensions after daring to go on a date with Jemma's ex, Hawley. As rivalries go, these ones were pretty vicious.

6. Zahida Allenvs Maisie Gillespie

It didn't take long for Zahida to decide she officially hated Maisie during the latest season of Ex On The Beach - especially when Zahida's ex Joe turned up and took Maisie straight up to the penthouse for the night rather than talking about their past relationship together.

Their rivalry continued throughout the entire series (and was given an extra boost when Sean and Maisie shared a snog during Spin The Bottle), but these days they're actually quite good pals. Well, they shared a three way kiss on a night out recently, anyway.

7. Lucy Meck vs Mario Falcone

Rewind a few years before Megan McKenna had even set foot in the Sugar Hut, and TOWIE's hottest couple were undoubtedly Lucy and Mario. They were even engaged at one point, but once Mariowas caught cheating, things turned seriously sour and a long term rivalry kicked off between the pair.

While there's rumours that the ex-fiances are back in touch these days, we're not sure Mario will ever get over being swilled by red wine at an all-white Essex party. OH THE SHAME.

8. Victoria Baker Harber vs Cheska Hull

As TV rivalries go, they don't get much more iconic than that time poor Cheska was left in tears at the Christmas dinner table afterChelsea's Regina George called her a "f**king fat turkey". Bad, unfestive times.

Victoria attempted to apologiseto Cheska at the series after party to put aside their differences, but she was having none of it.

"At the end of the day, what you said Victoria was unforgivable," Cheska said at the time. "However as I actually don't care about you, I will choose to ignore it." Fair enough.

9. Lucy Watson and Stephanie Pratt

If you've missed a couple of seasons of Made In Chelsea, you're probably thinking 'WTF, weren't they best friends?' Correct, but their solid friendship was brought to a very abrupt end last yearwhenLucy accused Steph of discussing private details about her relationship with James Dumore with the rest of the MIC gang.

Their explosive row was aired on the show for everyone to see, and was made a whole lot worse when Steph shared a screenshot on Twitter of their private whatsapps captioned "Who needs enemies with friends like these". Agh.

10. JWoww and Sammi Sweetheart

What started out as a beautiful friendship on the Jersey Shore turned seriously ugly for a LONG time, after Jenni witnessed Sammi's boyfriend Ronnie cheating on her a whole load of times in the cluuurb.

Sammi stuck by Raahhn rather than believing her girlfriends, and an anonymous note only made the tension a whole lot worse. Their epic rivalry finallyculminated in thefight of ALL FIGHTS, but a bit of hair pulling did both girls some good and these days they're the best of pals. Hooray.

11.Snooki and Angelina

Angelina was never exactly the most popular member of the Jersey Shore house thanks to her endless nagging and slut shaming, and her rivalry with Snooki in particularwas pretty much constant from start to finish through two seasons.

But on the night that Ange and her bin bags were finally ready to make an exit, Snooki some unfinished business to attend to.After a quick 'Hold my earrings' from Snooki, she leapt on the meatball for a final flourishand the pair entered into some pretty intense wrestling.

12. Lauren Conrad and Heidi Pratt

No one would have guessed that Lauren and Heidi would become rivals when The Hills first began. They were the ultimate LA BFFsuntil Montag’s then-boyfriend and now-husband,Spencer Pratt, allegedly kicked offa rumour saying that Laurenhad a sex tape. Agh.

Their friendship never quite recovered, and even though both sides have spoken out to say there's no hard feelings, it's still unspeakably awkward.

13. Chloe Ferry vs Chantelle Connelly

Chloe got on with Chantelle like a house on fire when she first entered the house, but Kick Off Chloe wasn't particularly keen on the fact that she got flirty with a) Scott and b) Marty on nights out.

Things came to a fairly brutal head when Chantelle tweeted Chloe to say:“Yeah cause your a 2 faced c*** ! In the first few episodes you claimed you loved Marty you sucked Scott off and tried it on with Gary [sic]". Gulp.
