We’ve only just recovered from the news that Harry Styles does NOT have girlfriend, so imagine our shock when it was reported that his One Direction bandmate Liam Payne is planning to get married!

Heat magazine claimed that Payne was going to pop the question to girlfriend Sophia Smith, with the 21-year old even spotted at the home of celebrity wedding planner, Mindy Weiss.

It was thought that Liam was picked up from his West Hollywood hotel in a black Cadillac Estate and arrived at Weiss’ home around 6pm, staying until ‘after dark’.

However, a rep for the ‘Night Changes’ singer has insisted that Payne is not about to get hitched, telling The Mirror: “This is a completely fabricated story by Heat Magazine.

“Liam has not met with any wedding planners.”
