This Is How Much Reality Stars Apparently Make From Social Media Posts
When we heard how much the Love Island gang would be making after they left the villa and returned to the real world our heads were gone. And the majority of it seemed to be from social media. Eh?
Well, as you know reality stars can make a pretty penny from posting about brands. It’s thought that 25% of the Kardashians’ wealth comes from online advertising. But we had NO idea it was this much…
Chyna Ellis - £50
Sadly for Chyna she was dumped from the Love Island villa after just a few days when Kem Cetinay decided to get back with Amber Davies. But she’s still making a bit of cash from her Insta ads. Apparently she charges £50 to promote so she’s probs made about £1,000 so far.
CHECK OUT THE CELEBS WHO GOT SUPER NAKED ON SOCIAL MEDIA:
Dom Lever - £500
Dom charges about £500 for #ad post for watches, clothing and teeth whitening. He estimates to have made about £17,000 since he left the Love Island bubble. He found love and a load of pocket money. Ideal.
Jessica Shears - £1500 per post
After leaving Love Island pretty early on Jessica has come out to huuuuuge media attention leading her to a few more social followers than she had before. It’s thought that she asks £1500 per #spon post and since leaving the show she’s had 80+ posts leaving her with at least £120,000 in the bank. That ain’t too muggy eh?
Blac Chyna - $2,500
Rob Kardashian’s ex Chyna is able to pull in thousands of dollars for posts. She’ll have to do about 80 of them to pay Rob back for that $250,000 diamond he accused her of taking from him.
Zoella - £12,000
Although not technically a reality star we had to include Zoe Sugg on this list because she earns silly money from social media from opening her life up to the public. To be very fair to her she rarely posts an advert on her pages and even when she does it’s normally part of a bigger partnership she is doing. But that ain’t bad money. She’s got a massive new house to pay for after all.
Scott Disick - £15,000
Scott is always flying around on private planes and partying in Las Vegas. And it’s not just the sweet vacays the Kardashian family has brought him. He charges 15 grand to post about brands too.
Charlotte Crosby - £75,000
Even though Char has been getting some flack for posting sponsored posts recently we can kinda see why she does it at this price. To her credit she posts things that she actually uses like teeth whitening and hair extensions. Keemon!
Khloe Kardashian - $250,000
Oh Koko! So she may be getting half what Kim makes but we’re not feeling that sorry for her quarter of a mil that she gets from posting.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner - $400,000
Social media experts have estimated that the youngest of the Kardashian Klan get about £300k to talk about something on social media. With a combined following of 178million followers, you’d be getting your money’s worth.
Kim Kardashian - $500,000
Kimmy is, as usual, the kween of any list. She has reportedly charged up to half a million dollars to promote a brand on Insta. And that is going to have to be one rich brand. From Fit Tea to hair vitamins, Kim is apparently very picky about what she’ll advertise.
