Tyra Banks has decided to show fans the 'raw and real her' by posting a no make up selfie on Instagram, not that those who do wear make up aren't real… right Ty?

In a lengthy caption the model calls out those who use all the filters under the sun trying to fool people it's the true them, as well as giving herself quite the pep talk.

“You know how people say #nofilter but you know there's a freakin' filter on their pic? Or maybe there's a smidge of retouching going on but they're lying and saying it's all raw & real?”

Adding: “Well, this morn, I decided to give you a taste of the really real me. I wanted to smooth out my dark circles so badly!!!"

“But I was like, ‘Naw, Ty. Show 'em the REAL you.’ So...here I am. Raw. And there YOU are... looking at me, studying this picture.”

We're still confused as to why not wearing make up is such a big deal...
