We've all been there. When you're having a really bad day and you just LOSE it. Like, all over the place and it's never to be found. But normal folk like us can get away with it, maybe only a few strangers see and you can pretend nothing happened. But celebs? Not so much...

1. Rob Kardashian...

After another nasty split, Rob took to social media to have a very pubic rant about Blac Chyna which included accusing her of taking drugs, asking him to spend hundreds of thousands on plastic surgery for herself after the birth of their daughter, Dream, and worst of all, allegedly posting nude picture of her to his Instagram, including a video of her in bed with another man. He has since deleted the messages and apologised for his actions but she's taking legal action.

2. Stephanie Davis...

There are so many times that Steph Davis has lost her shiz in public that we have legit lost track. After her very public rants at Jeremy McConnell over the pregnancy with their son, they pair looked like they had made amends. But recently Steph allegedly took to Twitter to accuse Jeremy of giving her chlamydia and accused Love Island girl Shannen Reilly McGrath of 'breaking up a home' after her alleged affair with Jeremy. She has since deleted her profile, re-instated her profile and deleted all the angry tweets. PHEW.

3. Lewis Bloor...

In 2016 it surfaced that Lewis had cheated on then-girlfriend Marnie Simpson with a random girl he had met on Valentine's Day. After Marnie hit Twitter to explain to fans what had happened, her ex Aaron Chalmers piped up that Lewis also owed her money, causing Lewis to LOSE it.

4. Olivia Attwood...

After weeks of Chris Hughes and Olivia having fights they had a huge bust-up which saw Olivia screaming at him on the show 'What do you want from me?' and the pair breaking up. And what is more public than Love Island rn?

5. Gemma Collins...

Gemma has had her fair share of ups and downs when it comes to men with exes Rami Hawash and James Argent so when she was questions about the current state of her relationships after she left the Celebrity Big Brother house she had a little meltdown on Loose Women.

6. Marty McKenna...

It isn't the first time and it won't be the last that Marty loses his actual mind on TV. This time it was a over Chloe Ferry (shock) after she said he thought she was ugly. Since he hadn't said that he kind of lost it.

7. Megan McKenna...

Back in the times of #Pegan, Megan was seen screaming at Pete Wicks on a very public street on Essex. It was later shown on TOWIE that the fight had been about Pete's friends making Megan out to look bad after their split.

8. Heidi Montag...

When she was on The Hills Heidi went through a massive ten surgeries in one day in her search for the perfect look. She has since admitted she 'lost herself' during the show and was in a pretty bad place when she decided to undergo that much change. We all saw her lose her cool after her mum told her she looked better before.

9. Spencer Pratt...

Spencer went through a huge breakdown when he was on The Hills and was later fired from the show for his erratic behaviour. He was seen on the show suffering from huge anger outbursts and screamed at Heidi Montag's sister that her mother was 'just the vagina that Heidid came out of' and Holly Montag was going to 'burn' in hell. YIKES.

10. Tiffany Pollard...

During a discussion about their 'stool sample' in the CBB house, Tiffany totally lost her shiz when talking about her frustrations on the show. After Stephanie Disick and Scotty T ignored her explaining why she was upset she was not happy.

11. Lauren Goodger...

Lauren recently took to twitter to rants about an Essex restaurant Sheesh which she claimed asked her to leave because her ex Mark Wright was on his way. She was livid and lost her cool all over social media. When the restaurant denied this she tweeted further angry messages. We doubt this will go away anytime soon.
