CBB 2015: Perez Hilton And Kavana Booted In Double Eviction

Unlucky pair fall at the final hurdle before Friday's live final...

Perez Hilton and Kavana last night became the final housemates to be evicted from Celebrity Big Brother before Friday's grand final.

With the voting changed this week so that the public were choosing who they want to win rather than who they would like to boot out, former pop star Kavana became the sixth to be evicted.

And he spoke for many viewers when he described his experience of the show to presenter Emma Willis, saying: "I have never experienced anything like that in my entire life.

"Twisted, weird, dark... freakshow night and day, and that included me, sometimes. It was a case of banging your head against a brick wall. It was The Perez Show. He made it that way night and day.

"I went in as I got a nice paycheck and I didn't realise it would be like that. I would say I was quite an outspoken person but in there you can't get a word in edgeways.

"It was like a lunatic asylum at one point. He's screaming Broadway songs in someone's ear, and they're crying and someone else is being sick... it was like, what on earth is going on?"

But it wasn't long until the next instalment of everyone's favourite drama (The Perez Show, of course) hit the screen again - as the gossip blogger became the seventh person to get the boot.

He bolted for the door as soon as his name was announced, not even pausing to bid farewell to the others.

And he was happy to pontificate on the reasons behind his eccentric behaviour in the house.

"Everybody has their own reasons for doing this show. Mine was because I've been doing what I've been doing for 10 years. I'm pleased I got a chance to be silly, to be me. Whether they like me or not.

"The Perez Show I made as a defence mechanism as I felt a lot of negative energy," he explained.

"It was like covering my heart with steel. It was a way of protecting my heart as, believe it or not, I do have a big heart."

However, he confessed that he now wished he had never entered the famous Elstree compound.

"I regret entering the house, if I could go back in time and not do it I wouldn't. It was a traumatic time for me in that house, it caused me so much pain.

"It was the accumulative experience of it all. I bet you could compile a nice clip of me in the Diary Room telling Big Brother to f**k off. It was so draining.

"For the last week-and-a-half I have had to have sleeping pills prescribed by a doctor as it was impossible for me to shut my brain off."

And he was clear about where he placed the blame for the stress in the house.

"I thought I was doing what Katie Hopkins was — but I would stir the pot by smiling and having fun.

"I would have enjoyed that house a lot more if she — and a few other housemates — were not there."

We imagine a few people might be saying the same thing about him!
