Jeremy Jackson has spoken out following his recent removal from the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Giving his side of the story to The Sun, the former Baywatch actor protested that he didn't actually touch Chloe Goodman - who he was reported to have "groped".

The 34-year-old star said: "It was a silly, childish, drunken joke. But I didn't touch her skin or paw her.

"It was a terrible drunken mistake. I'm so ashamed."

And he begged Goodman to "please forgive me".

Having now accepted a police caution for the incident, he explained the whole sorry story from his POV.

"I was sitting on the bathroom floor wiping the vomit from my face, looking disgusting, when Chloe came in to check that I was OK.

"As she was helping me, she leaned over me and I pulled back the collar of her robe. I thought she had a bikini on underneath it but she didn't.

"I didn't see her full breast — all I was thinking was, 'Which bikini do you have on and are you flirting with me?'

"The situation could have gone a million different ways but things happened the way they did, feelings got hurt, I got axed. And here we are."

He did however man up and refuse to blame it on the bottle.

"It would be really easy to blame it all on the alcohol, but I'm not that cheap," he insisted.

"It's my fault. I can't blame anything but me."

Ken Morley yesterday became the second housemate to be removed for unacceptable behaviour in an incident-packed first week for the new series.
