Celebrity Big Brother 2016: Angie Bowie Breaks Down In The Diary Room After Hearing The News Of Her Ex-Husband's Death

Angie Bowie broke down in tears after she heard the news that her ex-husband, David Bowie, had passed away. 

At the end of last night's episode of Celebrity Big Brother, Angie got tearful in the diary room as she spoke of her relationship with the music legend.

She said: "I haven't seen him in so many years I can't make a big drama about it, but I feel an era has ended, it's so very sad."

The model then burst into tears as she was comforted by fellow housemates David Gest and John Partridge, telling them: "The stardust is gone."

She then asked them both for their moral support as she made the decision to stay in the house and continue to appear on the Channel 5 show.

Angie and David were married between the years of 1970 and 1980 and before she entered the CBB house she admitted that she hadn't seen him in roughly 40 years.
