Danniella Westbrook has claimed that Celebrity Big Brother rival, Christopher Maloney, contributed to her having a breakdown after she split with her fiancé.

Speaking to 'The Sun' before she entered the CBBhouse last night,the actress admitted that the X Factor contestant's persistent texts to her ex-fiancé, Tom Richards, caused her to have a meltdown after their split.

"I had a lot of issues with the guy I used to go out with after my marriage split up. The whole time through this Chris was sending him all the messages I was sending to him and giving him my phone number. I had a breakdown," she said.

It has also been reported that Chris attempted to iron out his problems with Danniella before entering the house, only to find that she had changed her phone number. Awkward!

He said: "I don't hold grudges, she fell out with me. When she split up with her partner, he was still trying to be my friend. I struck up a friendship with him and I was caught in the middle. I think she thought that I took his friendship over hers, but it wasn't like that."

"I don't hate her. It's just that we haven't spoken. She was a patron of my academy, we did panto together, I've looked after her, but I've not had the chance to speak to her about everything because she changed her number," he continued.

Well Chris, now's your chance to patch things up considering you'll be stuck in a house together for a while.
