Jeremy McConnell Working On Relationship With Stephanie Davis & Laughs Off Cheating Claims

Celebrity Big Brother might have ended with a bang, but there's still A LOT going on when it comes to controversial love birds Jeremy McConnell and Stephanie Davis.

After declaring their undying love for one another live on television (and more than once), Jezza's come under fire since his eviction, having been accused of cheating already with a club dancer in Newcastle.

The model says the pair are "working on a relationship" when he was interviewed for Irish telly this weekend.

"The world works in mysterious ways - I really like the girl, haven't felt like this since my first love."

Cheekily, the tattooed hunk winked when he was asked if he spent the night with Steph since leaving. "I am Irish, so of course!" he laughed.

This is despite the reported bust up the pair had after it's believed Jezza wouldn't sleep with randy Steph after the CBB final.

Despite the rowing, he insists they're developing things steadily but not rushing.

He's also not afraid to take a pop at Steph's ex, Sam Reece, either: "Our feelings developed and we got a bit smitten. I like to think i am a respectful lad and I know she had a boyfriend but he's done well though, he has more Twitter followers than her so he's done alright."

And addressing thoese cheating rumours, he was happy to put them to bed, so to speak: "There was a girl and we had a picture. I was talking to Steph about it today and we were laughing about the whole thing."

"She trusts me and I trust her," he said.

Well that clears that up. Hopefully the pair can take things at their own pace and, ideally, keep it out of the media and develop a normal relationship. But who wants normal?
