Mariah Carey has been spotted sporting an engagement ring at the Tribeca film festival in New York.

Mariah has been dating Nick Cannon since they met on the set of her latest music video.

Cannon- star of MTV's Wild & Out was at the film festival to promote his latest role in Ball Don’t lie, whilst Carey was there for her part in the film Tennessee.

The couple were together holding hands at an after party for the film and Mariah wasn’t shy about the huge diamond ring on her ring finger.

Recently People magazine claimed that Nick and Mariah took a private jet into Las Vegas and were sighted getting up close and personal in the VIP section of a nightclub.

Mariah divorced her first husband, Tommy Mottola, in 1998 and last year Nick called off his engagement to model Selita Ebanks.

In a recent interview with MTV US Cannon avoided any confirmation or denial of the pairs relationship, instead he simply stated that “Rumours happen”.
