Britney Spears is not fit to appear in court to contest control of her assets, say her lawyers.

At an LA hearing the singer’s representative Samuel Ingham said her mental health problems were ‘fluid.’

The judge agreed that it may be ‘harmful’ for Spears to testify at her July 31 conservatorship case which will decide who is in control of her estate.

  i dont understand how she cant be well enough?shes been seen with a new boyfriend and released new tracks...dont get me wrong i am a fan of her and i do love her music but it doesnt make sense to me..
