I believe it was the last time bile dried up a little bit.............
Anyhow, I thought to myself "I wonder how that forum is doing now?" so there I went.
I click on bile, what do I see?........utter shite!
Quite frankly I expect more bile from here.

        Sit-ups?
        Why not make it more enjoyable and place some maltesers on a table in front of you so with each sit-up you take one malteser. That way you are gaining absolutely no benefit what-so-ever, it works for me.
