I like watching Hairy Hands squirm whenever Andy Gray sets him up for a question (his dunderpate answer is usually the exact opposite of Andy Gray's expert opinion).

      Not Jonathan Pearce, he jumped the shark when he left Capital, and his ridiculous exaggeration of the implications of the Fulham v Chelsea pitch invation three seasons ago ("THE EFFECT ON FOOTBALL...REMAINS TO BE SEEN") was the final bloody straw. Boot.

          Green just gets the hump and starts moaning, or more frequently, shouting about the most petty of instances. Like a manager having a whinge, or a dodgy challenge. He'll just go on, and on, and on, and on about it long after it stopped being remotely relevant. It's not like it even affects him anyway. Bona fide twat.

            Does anyone remember David Pleat calling Lampard, "Redknapp" in one game? Plus he says penetration too much. I agree though not as bad as Alan Green, thinks he's some football guru but never says anything of worth, I can't understand how people can listen to him.

              Didn't jump to ITV, but pretty much gave up the football on BBC. Think he still does athletics and other stuff though for 'em though.

              Alan Green, though, is a complete nob-jockey.

                    I still prefer to watch the pictures but listen to Alan Green on 5 Live
                    - even if the two are out of synch.
