    Jay Z is Big we can all confirm that. I am not a hip hop cat by nature but if Nas was bigger than Jay Z then why did he buy Nas's label?

    I have to say Nastradamous is a better street rapper than Jay Z but Jay Z is bigger in the business aspect of the industry as well as selling records which in reality is what it all boils down to in the music industry.

      Fo real I think Nas and Jay-Z are equals even though jay-Z is more corporate. Nas hands down beat Jay-Z in that whole rap battle period. I know, I was in New York when it happened. Jay-Z has gotten better and is lyrically da best rapper alive as well as Nas. They both have classic albums.

        jay z used to be good,when he was still in the PJ's, NAS illmatic.............nuff said one of the best hiphop albums ever!!!!!!!!!!!

                  Nas is the best and the Illmatic album overcasts most rappers careers
                  Jay-z is overrated, im not a big fan of jay-z at all

                  Nas wins hands down anyone that says jay-z is better are either related to him or too young and foolish to understand real hip hop

                    Nas is definately a living lagend considering his stand in rap muzic. i think Nas gets all the credicts eventhough Jay is another prominent icon in the industry.
