After a rocky couple of months it looks as if Britney is back on form, as the producers of How I Met Your Mother have invited the popstar back after her previous appearance drew 3 million extra viewers.

The pop princess starred in the US show earlier in the year as the 'ditsy' receptionist Abby.

'I had such a great experience the last time I was on the show that I couldn't wait to come back,' says Brit. 'I was really looking forward to working with this cast and crew again.'

The photo comes from the May 12 episode of How I Met Your Mother, and as far as we can see Britney is back looking her normal self!

Fingers crossed that with Britney back working again she can start to move on from her recent troubles.
