Britney Spears has been given the right to spend time with her two young sons by an LA court.

At a hearing yesterday the popstar- who has had a breakdown and entered rehab in recent months- arrived in a white land rover.

Afterwards her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyers revealed she would get to see her kids more.

They explained that Britney was getting her life back together after her well publicised problems.

In January K-Fed was given sole custody of the children. Spear’s dad Jamie is still in charge of her estate and finances.

Yesterday her parents released a statement saying: “We are so pleased at Britney's progress and we are very appreciative of the court's recognition of this progress.”

The Piece Of Me popster looks much better than she has during more chaotic times. She is also appearing in US sitcom How I Met Your Mother again.
