Kanye West is being sued by an unknown songwriter/producer who claims he stole his tune for hit Good Life.

Dayna Staggs has filed a lawsuit alleging West ripped off his track Volume Of Good Life and infringed copyright.

Sources claim he wants 85% of the cash made from the track which got to number 1 around the world.

The producer- who works under the name D’Mystro- claims Kanye has harmed his reputation by using “vulgar and offensive" lyrics in Good Life.

West’s label Roc-A-Fella has yet to comment on the allegations.
