Charlotte Church has announced she's having a baby.

The 21-year-old's management posted a message on her website yesterday (March 1). It read: "Some happy news... Charlotte is pregnant. For reasons of privacy, Charlotte has chosen not to comment on this matter, other than to confirm that she and her boyfriend, Gavin Henson, are delighted."

It went on: "In an ideal world, we would not have made this announcement so early in the pregnancy. However, due to recent speculation and persistent questions from the media about this most private of matters, Charlotte felt she had no choice other than to go public and she was keen to ensure that her fans had the opportunity to read the truth here first."

The Church family are said to be delighted and for Charl it's a dream come true. Earlier this year, the former 'Voice Of An Angel' said, "(Gavin and I) are so happy. I'd like to have his kids. I love him - he's the one."

Meanwhile, mates of the star have said Charl and Gav are planning on getting hitched before their little bundle is born.

Charlottes always wanted a wedding in Castell Coch (in Wales) and has set aside two dates in April," said one. "Shes an old-fashioned girl from a Catholic family and would want to get wed before without a bump showing.

Another pal added, A baby will give her the responsibilities which Im sure shell take very seriously. Shes great with kids and will make a really good mum.
