Charlotte Crosby Talks Getting A Revenge Body After Stephen Bear Split

Charlotte Crosby has opened up about getting a revenge body in the wake of her split with Stephen Bear after appearing on ITV’s This Morning to discuss her 30 Day Blitz diet book.

The former Geordie Shore lass confirmed that she and the Ex On The Beach star are now ancient history but insisted that she wishes him the “best of luck” going into the New Year.

In a conversation with Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford, Charlotte revealed that she doesn't harbour any resentment over the split: “We have broken up unfortunately, things weren’t working out.

"I wish him the best of luck, I am on the path of 2018 and who even knows where it is going to take us.”

When questioned about how break-ups can lead to people heading down a self-destructive path, Charlotte reasoned: “You have to turn it into a positive, to look the best you can look to get back at them, so they are looking at you going ‘ how did I let them go.’”

And when Eamonn asked if she was hoping Bear is currently going through that same thought process, she crossed her fingers and said: “Who knows? I hope so?”

Finishing off with a piece of advice for fans who’d like to get in shape in honour of 2018, Charlotte revealed: “My philosophy is don’t stress yourself out about it. The minute you stress out, your body will shut down.

“If you do fall off the wagon just get back onto it the next day.”
