Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby has got our heart rates up after posting a rather revealing selfie on Instagram this morning (December 20th).
Let's face it, you wake up on a Sunday, make a bacon sandwich and, oh, casually post a selfie with some not-so-subtle under boob on display.
The 25-year-old admittedly looked all sorts of toned as she showed off her amazing bod in her cute pyjamas. Bless her.
But there was a reason behind it all, obviously.
Apart from looking gorgeous and wanting to show the world - and let's face it, why wouldn't you? - the reality TV celeb was about to do her #3MinuteBumBlitz - we're assuming that's some sort of exercise and not an inevitable outcome after a heavy night on the town.

But rather than just show us her stomach, cheeky Charl gave us a bit of under boob too - hey, it's Sunday and we won't deny her this. There's also a sneaky pout going on there too, which we'll admit doesmakethe snap that little bit more alluring.
We reckon there will be a lot of fans out theredesperate to get hold of her newest workout DVD, especially after the Christmas period where we will all no doubt be stuffing our little faces to capacity.
