Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby Reveals Her Daily Diet And Exercise Regime

One of our fave Geordie lasses has been on quite the fitness journey to achieve her amazing body transformation and now she's spilling all the deets on how she got to where she is today.
In an interview with OK! online, Char has been revealing everything about her daily diet and exercise regime, and we couldn't wait to find out all about it.
Speaking about the part of her body she's really loving right now, obviously she mentioned her incredible pins, saying: "I've always loved my legs. They weren't as good when I was big but they're amazing now!"
As well as this she revealed what she does to keep fit, saying: "I do high itensity training, so it's short bursts of really hard and fast exercise, which tends to work for me. That's what's in both of my fitness DVDs. I do that about 4 times a week and I like to do weights at the gym 1 day a week too."
Obviously due to her party girl lifestyle Miss Crosby must have to make some sacrifices every now and then when it comes to booze. When asked if she cuts down when she's not in the Geordie Shore house, she said: "I always do that. I won't drink now until I go back into Geordie Shore, unless there's a birthday or special occasion. I never really go out when I'm not on Geordie Shore."
Body confidence is also a big thing for Charlotte, and especially with her new nose job, she's spent a lot of money making sure she's happy with her appearance.
She revealed to the website that she does feel body confident at the moment, saying: "Yes. I tend not to weigh myself as often now, as you can get obsessed with the scales, so it's best to go off what you look like. I used to take loads of progress pictures but I don't need to do them now as I don't change that much."
