Arctic Monkeys have knocked Shayne Ward off the top of the UK Singles Chart with When The Sun Goes Down.
The all-conquering Sheffield outfit managed to keep the late Notorious B.I.G. at bay, forcing the rapper to settle for number two with Nasty Girl from his new posthumous album Duets.
Also claiming new entries inside the top five are Will Young with All Time Love at three and Beyonce with Check On It at four.
Further down the chart, new entries come care of Hi-Tack, Son Of Dork and Belle and Sebastian.
In the album chart, Hard-Fi have jumped up three places to number one with their Stars Of CCTV album.
