Cher Lloyd Debuts New 'Granny-Like' Look
The X Factor star has ditched her chavvy tracksuits for a cardigan...
Cher Lloyd has binned her usual chavvy image in favour of a more granny-like look.
The 17-year old, who is currently on tour with the rest of The X Factor finalists, debuted her new style in Liverpool yesterday, leaving onlookers surprised that her normal attire of baggy trousers and bling had vanished.
Lloyd donned a green and white striped shirt, baggy cream cardigan and woolly tights which she teamed with pink socks and black shoes.
Despite shedding the tracksuits, Cher has kept her flame-red Rihanna inspired hair , which she wore in high above her head in a bun.
While Cher experiments with the latest er...fashion, X Factor host Dermot O'Leary has claimed that during her time on the talent show she was a "force of nature."
Speaking to STV about the star, Dermot revealed: "Cher was great. Nice isn’t the right word for Cher, she’s more of a force of nature. She’s feisty, but I really liked her."
"If you’re looking for sickly sweet and someone who says yes to everything, then you’re out of luck, but I loved her. I thought she was a great character. That’s what I want when I’m presenting the show. You want characters."
He added: "You don’t want people to give you the same old answer every week. You want people to stand up for themselves and fight their corner and that’s what she did and she was brilliant for me."
