Cheryl Cole has reportedly finally come to an agreement with her love-rat hubby Ashley Cole on how to divide their assets since Girls Aloud star and Ashley have decided who will get what since their split, including their personal possessions and houses.

It has been decided that the Chelsea footballer will keep their £3.5 million former marital home in Surrey, while Chezza will live in their North London apartment.
The houses were the last of their assets to be divided after they previously battled over the custody of their two pooches, CoCo and Buster, as well as furniture, cars and jewellery.
A source told the tabloid: "Cheryl eventually wants to buy her own home but right now this smaller place is perfect for her."

They added: “She will be able to commute to and from work in the capital and to airports without the long journey back to Surrey.”
