Cheryl Cole 'Desperate To Be Fit' For X Factor In 2 Weeks
Cheryl Coleis reportedly 'desperate to return' to theX Factor in two weeks time despite being Girls Aloudstar that she must have 'complete rest' in order to recover from the disease, Chezza is keen to return to the series for the Boot Camp phase of the competition.
A source told The Mirror: "She may be OK by then and that's her main focus. But everyone will have to wait and see. It's one day at a time for now."
The Fight For This Love singer, who contracted the deadly disease when on holiday in Tanzania with rumoured beau dancer Derek Hough is also still due to headline V festival at the end of August.
Despite Cheryl having to cancel future work commitments, organisers of the music event have stated to the Press Association: "V Festival has not been informed by Cheryl Cole's management that she will not be appearing at this year's festival."
They added: "Unless otherwise informed, organisers are expecting her to appear as planned and wish her a speedy recovery."
