According to The Sun, theX Factorjudge will be getting rid of the £3.5 million estate Girls Aloud singer's pal Joe McElderry confirming Chez and Del were an item, the boxing champ told Grazia magazine: "He’s not her boyfriend."
He added: "They’re not going out. It’s all a cover-up to keep photographers at bay."
Derek, who has grown close to Chezza since her split from Ashley is also battling demons about his sexuality with some reports claiming he is gay.
In a previous interview, the Dancing With The Stars ace was keen to prove the gossips wrong by stating: "I’ve been called gay forever because I’m a dancer. I know what I like and I like women."
