Cheryl Cole has teased her forthcoming collaboration with Lana Del Rey, stating that she "fell in love" with the New York songstress.
Earlier this month, the Girls Aloud singer confirmed that Lana would feature on her forthcoming solo album A Million Lights - describing the Born To Die hitmaker as "super-talented".
Speaking of how her hook-up with Del Rey came about, Cheryl told Capital FM: "I noticed Lana about a year ago. I was hearing these songs that were really fresh to my ear and amazing and I asked the guy who she was and he said, 'Watch out for her, it's a girl called Lana Del Rey'."
The 28-year old then went on to explain that she was played another one of Lana's tunes and loved it so much, that it eventually led to a collaboration.
Cheryl said: "It all happened really organically just like that. And then 'Video Games' came out and I fell in love with her as an artist as well, so year, she's super talented."
Despite working with Del Rey, Chezza revealed in the same interview that her favourite song to be taken from her third solo LP is currently a track entitled Under The Sun.
She confessed: "It changes all the time! It was Call My Name because I've lived with it for quite a while now. Then it was a song called Craziest Things which was a duet with me and Will (Will.I.Am).
"At the moment I've got a song that's actually a hip-hip beat with a pop verse and that's called Under The Sun. So that's my favourite today! I can't wait!"
Neither can we Chezza! Cheryl's new single Call My Name is out on 10th June, ahead of her third solo album A Million Lights, released on 18th June.
